2010 Olympics

Canada will be hosting the 2010 olympics. How do you feel about this? Personally living in Canada I am excited for this wonderful opportunity. This year will be the first year that the first nations people are involved in the olympic games.

Excited for American Idol?

I used to watch American Idol, however, after season four everything seemed the same and I lost interest. Watching Simon and Paula bicker got old and predictable. Personally ever since I heard Ellen would be hosting I have wanted American Idol to start sooner. I can just imagine what kind of witty comments Ellen will come up with. I can almost guarantee that she will dance to some of the idol hopefuls singing. I will most likely only watch the auditions. The auditions are all that interests me in the show. American Idol will be premiering in January 2010.

Patrick Swayze R.I.P

In March 2008 Hollywood star Patrick Swayze's spokesman announced that Mr.Swayze had pancreatic cancer. Patrick chose to continue to act although he was very weak. He lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on Monday, September 14th 2009 at the age of 57. He passed away with his family at his side. Patrick was originally a dancer and later moved on to become an actor. Patrick's most famous film was "Dirty Dancing", Which skyrocketed him into the lime light.

It's Like Wow!

I know this is late news but please bear with me. What is up with Chris Brown's interview with Larry King. First of all, why was he wearing a bow tie? He acted like the whole interview was a joke. He even had the nerve to say that he forgot that he had even beaten Rhianna. Chris Brown beat Rhianna to a pulp and he has the nerve to say that he had forgotten that he had beat the living daylights out of his innocent girlfriend? It's time for Chris Brown to retire. Who knows maybe he can get a job with the Sham Wow guy. Both seem to enjoy beating women. I think Chris already has the perfect slogan, "It's like wow!".

Kanye West Loses It!

I know its a free country and all but Kanye had no right to have such an outburst on live television. Taylor Swift was totally embarrassed on the VMA'S (Video Music Awards) , she froze instantly from the shock. She stood there staring at her fans and friends. I instantly felt sorry for the poor musician who had no control over the voting process. She was even surprised that she had won the award. I believe Kanye cannot make up for ruining Taylor's once in a lifetime opportunity. He deserves to be shut out from all award ceremonies he brings nothing but trouble when he attends these popular award shows. Beyonce later allowed Taylor to talk to her fans after recieving her award for her hit song "Single Ladies".
